Restore submitted materials to as close to original performance quality as possible, i.e. remove unwanted noise and distortion. This is often done in conjunction an Audio Transfer and Audio Duplication.

There is an art to some of these processes. We may trade off one form of degradation for another, or apply a heavier or lighter touch based on how well the source material masks this or that form of degradation.

So I can't say I'll get rid of everything, but I can often get pretty remarkable results.

Hums and Buzzes reduced with Notch Filtering and Harmonic Noise Rejection
Tape hiss reduction with Continuous Noise Filtering
Frequency response correction or rumble reduction with general purpose Parametric and Graphic Equalization
Pitch offset correction with or without Time Compression/Expansion
Clicks, pops, crackle, and radio static reduction with Impulse and Continuous Noise Reduction
FM broadcaset distorntion reduced with Channel Blending and Dynamics Processing
Out of Band noise reduction with Brick Wall Filtering and other Equalization
